With costs for almost everything rising, it helps to have a plan to save. It also helps to get paid to shop. Read about my favorite cash back apps for shopping.
The iBotta App is my favorite way to get paid to shop. You open the app, click on the offers that you want to add, then shop. After you shop, you simply snap a picture of your receipt and you will be credited for the matching offers. Occasionally, you will have to also scan the barcode on the item you purchased to receive the cash back, but not always. With this app, you can scan the app before you go to the store to really stack cash, or you can shop and then add the offers after to avoid buying things just because it has an offer. There are also weekly bonuses and “any item” offers.
If you sign up here with referral code omcxvaf we both earn an extra $10 when you submit your first receipt.
Fetch Rewards is a super easy way to get paid to shop. You simply shop and then snap a picture of your receipt once your done. It looks for any matching offers and credits you right away. They also offer bonuses. If you are shopping online, or doing a pickup, simply connect your email address that you shop with. Then you click the email button and it will search your email and Amazon account for any matching offers. You can cash your points in for all sorts of gift cards.
If you sign up here with referral code K8R92, we both earn extra bonus points when you snap your first receipt.
Rakuten, formerly known as eBates, is another easy one. You simply install the browser extension and when you’re shopping online, it will notify you if you are shopping at a store that offers cash back. If it does, click on their link and continue shopping. You will be rewarded with your cash back in a couple of days. Rakuten will also let you know if the website you are shopping at has any coupon codes available to help you save more.
With Rakuten, if you sign up here, and spend $30, we both earn a bonus $30.
