  • I’ve been starting my mornings by adding two scoops of collagen to my coffee every morning. It has tons of body and beauty benefits. ☕️☕️☕️
  • Real talk: my kids are one today. They had the house trashed by 8 this morning. Luckily for me, these Blueberry Crumb Bars from @lexiscleankitchen just came out of the oven. So, I’m going to sit on my backside on the couch and enjoy a slice while those little monsters clean their room. 😉And I don’t feel the least bit of guilt about it.
  • Usually, the tiny humans are the only things I can keep alive but I’m doing pretty well with the container garden this year. 🎉
  • I stole this little gem from @belleandbell. In case someone else needs to read it. 😉
  • Apparently purple bell peppers exist! I was excited when my husband found this plant at @homedepot, and I’m even more excited that I haven’t killed it yet! 🎉 This will be a great way to help us eat the rainbow!
  • “I want to be strong like my mom.” That’s what my oldest told her gymnastics coach on the first day of lessons. Working out is as much for them as it for me. It makes me stronger, healthier, more patient, more energetic. It sets the right example for them. They see what a body is capable of. They see that women are strong. They see what hard work looks like. Yes, I do it for me, but I do it for them, too, and apparently, they are getting it. 🏋🏼‍♀️🤸‍♂️
  • I wanted salad for dinner tonight, so I made salmon burgers, topped with a mango salsa. I had mine on a pile of arugula and spinach and the rest of the family had theirs on buns. 😉Win-win
  • Woo-hoo!
  • Props to all of those ladies that can workout and still look cute. I am not one of them. 😂🤣Also, @erinoprea might be trying to kill me with her do anywhere workouts. 😂🤣😂🤣You should give them a try.
